Waterford – Front Porch Transformation

In this Waterford, NY project, we completely removed the old, deteriorating front porch and constructed a brand-new, modern entryway that enhances both the home’s appearance and functionality. The homeowner requested a clean, welcoming design that would increase curb appeal while providing structural integrity and safety.

We demolished the previous porch and rebuilt from the foundation using pressure-treated lumber, reinforced framing, and upgraded stairs.
